I recently did a Trader Joe's haul and found a new chili crunch oil in the store! I had to try it because 1) I absolutely love TJ's original chili crunch oil and 2) if it has jalapeno in the name then I am probably getting it. I have also been really into egg salads recently - they are so easy for lunches and a quick bite with crackers if I need something to hold me over. So... I decided to combine the jalapeno chili crunch oil and an egg salad! It turned out so much better than I thought! You've got to give it a try!
Our Trader Joe's is about 30-40 minutes away from our home so I don't get there often. In fact, this was the first time I went to one since moving to North Carolina. In Iowa, we lived a lot closer to one and it was really close to our daycare, so I would hop over there often to get the essentials! I have missed TJ's so I am going to try to go more often - especially for their amazing frozen foods! Their freezer section is great to stock up on before having a baby - we bought so many frozen meals that we could whip up fast during the craziness of having your first child!
