My love for spicy goes deep. These jalapeño meatballs are for the people who cannot get enough spicy! If you are someone who prefers more mild spice, then cut back on the pickled jalapeños significantly! You can make these with beef, turkey, or chicken. My preference is always turkey. I rarely eat beef and ground chicken can sometimes be too dry for me.
When I was pregnant with my first, JP, I was ALWAYS craving spicy. To this day, I still prefer spicy over sweet. A few months ago, we were at Jimmy John's and I got jalapeño chips and JP asked for some and loved them! So I guess what you eat while pregnant really does transfer to your baby, haha!
