What is a better way to entertain for special occasions than with this breakfast charcuterie board? There are so many breakfast charcuterie board ideas out there, but this one includes the majority of the food groups and requires just a little cooking!
It is the best way to serve an informal brunch or breakfast for a group of people! Plus it is a wonderful way to mix it up from the traditional charcuterie boards.

Breakfast and brunch boards are perfect for any holiday morning like Mother’s Day brunch, Easter breakfast, or an informal Christmas morning breakfast! A brunch charcuterie board would also be perfect for a baby shower, wedding shower, or just a fun weekend brunch. Breakfast charcuterie boards are so fun and so easy. It can be prepped in under 10 minutes if you have the bacon, turkey sausage, and hardboiled eggs all ready!

Ingredients
I chose these ingredients because all of them are already prepped besides the proteins! When you are getting ready to host a breakfast or brunch, you don’t want something that is super time-consuming but is still cute and fun. You have enough on your plate with everything else that goes into hosting.
The fresh fruit just has to be washed and a few of them need to be sliced, but otherwise, it is ready to go.

Place the mini pancakes in a “s” shape on the charcuterie board.

Pour maple syrup and the peanut butter Greek yogurt dip into small bowls. Place these bowls on the charcuterie board.
Hint: I like to choose an ingredient that is the “star of the show”. I chose the mini pancakes for this one, so I placed them in a “s” shape.
Substitutions
Mint - Any fresh herbs would work to garnish, or even edible flowers or red onion slices!
Peanut butter - Use sunflower butter instead, if you are allergic to nuts.
Vegetarian - Omit the turkey sausage links and bacon, you could also use plant-based sausage links instead.
Variations
Early lunch - You could replace some of the fresh berries or fresh strawberries with some of your favorite cheeses.
Make it your own - Do you have some favorite breakfast items? Use them! That’s what makes this brunch board so much fun, you can customize it to your liking!
Add other brunch classics - Add some mini waffles or French toast.
Equipment
All you really need is a large charcuterie or cutting board!
Storage
You could easily make the majority of this breakfast board the night before and cover the wooden board with plastic wrap. I would just wait to slice the apples and oranges and add the hot foods like bacon and turkey sausage last minute.
After you’ve served your large group, I recommend taking everything off the breakfast platter and storing it in airtight containers by item. If you have any leftovers, then you can serve them again to the whole family the next morning.
Top tip
My biggest tip is to cram the charcuterie board full of ingredients! You want it to have varying shapes, sizes, and pops of color.

- Wash hands after touching raw meat
